Make Healthy Food Choices
The consumption of food must be an honorable time.
Appreciate what you receive.
Never, ever, ever eat with guilt or hate.
If you do, it won’t digest and will end up being toxic.
Avoid raw, cold foods – they are hard to digest.
Avoid common allergens: dairy, wheat, soy, sugar.
Alcohol is at the root of many evils – it is HOT in nature.
Eat a variety of foods including colors & tastes.
Do not fall into the habit of eating the same food daily.
Do not mix meat with potatoes – they do not digest together.
Mix meat with vegetables. Mix potatoes with vegetables.
Avoid cold water. Drink tepid. Avoid soda pop in any form.
Dilute fruit juice with tepid water. 50/50
Eat light. Eat more small meals daily instead of 1 or 2 big ones.
Eat until your stomach is 1/3 to 1/2 full; leave room for digestive fluids.
